Setra Systems 265 pressure transducers sense Differential or gauge static pres sures andconvert this pressure difference to a proportional electrical output. The 265 is offered witha high level 0-5 VDC output or a 4-20 mA output. It is also offered with 0-5 or 0-10 VDC output in the 24 VAC excitation version. Used in Building Energy Management Systems, these transducers are capable of measuring pressures and fl ows with the accuracy necessary for proper building pressurization and air flow control. The 265 Series very low pressure transducers are available for air pressure ranges as low as 0.25 in. WC full scale up to 100 in. WC full scale. Static accuracy is±1% full scale in normal ambient temperature environments. The units are temperature compensated to less than ±0.033% FS/oF of thermal error over the temperature range of 0oF to +150oF. The Model 265utilizes an improved all stainless steel micro-tig welded sensor. The tensioned stainless steel diaphragm and insulated stainless steel electrode, positioned close tothe diaphragm, form a variable capacitor. Positive pressure moves the diaphragm toward the electrode, increasing the capacitance. A decrease in pressure moves the diaphragm awayfrom the electrode, decreasing the capacitance. The change in capacitance is detected and converted to a linear DC electrical signal by Setra’s unique electronic circuit. The micro-tig welded tension sensor allows up to 10 PSI overpressure range dependent with no damage to the unit.In addition, the sensor parts have thermally matched coeffi cients, which promote improved temperature performance and excellent long-term stability.

Series 3000MR/3000MRS Photohelic Switch Gage
Series 3000MR/3000MRS Photohelic Switch Gage Using solid state technology, the Series 3000MR And 3000MRS Photohelic® Switch/Gages combine the functions of a precise, highly repeatable differential pressure switch with a large easy-to-read analog pressure gage employing the durable, time-proven Magnehelic® gage design. Switch setting is easy to adjust with large external knobs on the gage face. Gage reading is unaffected by switch operation – will indicate accurately even if power is interrupted. Solid state design now results in greatly reduced size and weight. Units can be flush mounted or surface mounted with hardware supplied. 3000MR models employ versatile electromechanical relays with gold over silver contacts – ideal for dry circuits. For applications requiring high cycle rates, choose 3000MRS models with SPST (N.O.) solid state relays. All models provide both low and high limit control and include 18-inch (45 cm) cable assemblies for electrical connections. Compatible with air and other non-combustible, non-corrosive gases, they can be used in systems with pressures to 25 psig (1.725 bar). Optional construction is available for use to either 35 psig (2.42 bar) or 80 psig (5.51 bar).
Included Accessories: mounting ring, snap ring; 18″ (45 cm) cable assembly; (2) 3/16″ tubing to 1/8″ NPT adapters; (2) 1/8″ NPT pipe plugs; (4) 6-32 x 1-1/4″ RH machine screws (panel mounting); and (3) 6-32 x 5/16″ RH machine screws (surface mounting).

Series A3000 Photohelic Pressure Switch-Gage
Series A3000 Photohelic Pressure Switch-Gage 3-in-1 Indicating Gage, Lo-limit and Hi-limit Control The SERIES A3000 Photohelic Switch/Gages function as versatile, highly repeatable pressure switches combined with a precise pressure gage employing the time-proven Magnehelic gage design. The Photohelic switch/gage measures and controls positive, negative or differential pressures of air and compatible gases. Standard models are rated to 25 psig (1.7 bar) with options to 35 (2.4) or 80 (5.5 bar) psig. Two phototransistor actuated, DPDT relays are included for low/high limit control. Easy to adjust set point indicators are controlled by knobs located on the gage face. Individual set point deadband is one pointer width – less than 1% of full scale. Set points can be interlocked to provide variable deadband – ideal for control of fans, dampers, etc. Gage reading is continuous and unaffected by switch operation, even during loss of electrical power. Choose from full scale pressure ranges from a low 0-.25 in (0-6 mm) w.c. up to 30 psi (21 bar). Please see SERIES AT3A3000 for ATEX approved. Capsuhelic Differential Pressure Gauge
Series 4000 Capsuhelic® Differential Pressure Gage Measures Pressure, Vacuum or Differential, Suitable for Internal Pressures to 500 psig. The SERIES 4000 Capsuhelic® Gage is designed to give fast, accurate indication of differential pressures. The gauge may be used as a readout device when measuring flowing fluids, pressure drop across filters, liquid levels in storage tanks and many other applications involving pressure, vacuum or differential pressure. The pressure being measured is held within a capsule which is an integral part of the gauge. This containment of the pressure permits the use of the gage on system pressures of up to 500 psig, even when differentials to be read are less than 0.1 in w.c.
Note: May be used with Hydrogen. Order a Buna-N diaphragm. Pressures must be less than 35 psi.

MORE ABOUT THIS ITEM
The Magnahelic Guage is the industry standard to measure fan and blower pressures, filter resistance, air velocity, furnace draft, pressure drop across orifice plates, liquid levels with bubbler systems, and pressures in fluid amplifier or fluidic systems. The gauge’s motion is damped with high-viscosity silicone fluid. The zero adjustment screw is conveniently located in the plastic cover, and is accessible without removing the cover. O-ring seal provides pressure tightness. Rugged design resists shock, vibration, and overpressure.
The helix is precision-made from an alloy of high magnetic permeability. Mounted in jeweled bearings, it turns freely, following the maganetic field to move the pointer across the scale. The samarium cobalt magnet is mounted at one end of the range spring and rotates the helix without mechanical linkages.

Dwyer 2000-250 MM MAGNEHELIC, DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE GAUGE, 0/250 MM
Precision litho-printed scale is accurate and easy to read.
Red tipped pointer of heat treated aluminum tubing is easy to see. It is rigidly mounted on the helix shaft.
Pointer stops of molded rubber prevent pointer over-travel without damage.
“Wishbone” assembly provides mounting for helix, helix bearings and pointer shaft.
Jeweled bearings are shock-resistant mounted; provide virtually friction-free motion for helix. Motion damped with high viscosity silicone fluid.
Zero adjustment screw is conveniently located in the plastic cover, and is accessible without removing the cover. O-ring seal provides pressure tightness.
Helix is precision made from an alloy of high magnetic permeability. Mounted in jeweled bearings, it turns freely, following the magnetic field to move the pointer across the scale.
Samarium Cobalt magnet mounted at one end of range spring rotates helix without mechanical linkages.
Calibrated range spring is flat spring steel. Small amplitude of motion assures consistency and long life. It reacts to pressure on diaphragm. Live length adjustable for calibration.
Silicone rubber diaphragm with integrally molded O-ring is supported by front and rear plates. It is locked and sealed in position with a sealing plate and retaining ring. Diaphragm motion is restricted to prevent damage due to overpressures.
Die cast aluminum case is precision made and iridite-dipped to withstand 168 hour salt spray corrosion test. Exterior finished in baked dark gray hammerloid. One case size is used for all standard pressure options, and for both surface and flush mounting.
Blowout plug of silicone rubber protects against overpressure on 15 psig rated models. Opens at approximately 25 psig.
O-ring seal for cover assures pressure integrity of case.

Sensocon USA Differential Pressure Gauge 0 To 100 Mm Wc Select the MagnehelicA, gage for high accuracy–guaranteed within 2% of full scale and for the wide choice of 81 models available to suit your needs precisely. Using Dwyer’s simple, frictionless MagnehelicA, gage movement, it quickly indicates low air or non-corrosive gas pressures–either positive, negative (vacuum) or differential. The design resists shock, vibration and over-pressures. No manometer fluid to evaporate, freeze or cause toxic or leveling problems. It’s inexpensive, too. The MagnehelicA, gage is the industry standard to measure fan and blower pressures, filter resistance, air velocity, furnace draft, pressure drop across orifice plates, liquid levels with bubbler systems and pressures in fluid amplifier or fluidic systems. It also checks gas-air ratio controls and automatic valves, and monitors blood and respiratory pressures in medical care equipment.
Note May be used with Hydrogen. Order a Buna-N diaphragm.
Pressures must be less than 35 psi.
Bezel provides flange for flush mounting in panel.
Clear plastic face is highly resistant to breakage. Provides undistorted viewing of pointer and scale.

The Series VTP Multi Range Air Velocity Transmitter can simultaneously display and output Air Velocity, Temperature and Pressure (optional). This is the first product to combine all 3 variables in one transmitter making the VTP an exceptional option for multi-variable measuring. The VTP utilizes an industrial 316 Stainless Steel armored RTD sensor as the thermal air velocity measuring component. Using a fully protected 316 SS sensor drastically extends the life of the air velocity sensor and also makes it insensitive to water, dust or corrosion. The VTP comes standard with a LCD and can simultaneously display air velocity, temperature, and pressure. The VTP is easily configured or adjusted in the field with the digital display and keypad. The Air Velocity Range and Pressure Range are both field adjustable as well as units of measure. Other adjustable parameters include signal dampening and low velocity cut off point. The VTP Air Velocity Transmitter can also be configured to measure and totalize flow in CFM or M3/h by entering the duct area where the measurement is taken. Installation of the VTP Air Velocity Transmitter is easy with the adjustable depth, removable flange. The standard product includes an integral design, but is also available with a remote mounted probe to accommodate any application

• Filter Monitoring • Air Velocity with Dwyer Pitot Tube • Blower Vacuum Monitoring • Fan Pressure Indication • Duct, Room or Building Pressures • Clean Room Positive Pressure Indication
Select the Magnehelic gage for high accuracy–guaranteed within 2% of full scale–and for the wide choice of models available to suit your needs precisely. Using Dwyer’s simple, frictionless Magnehelic gage movement, it quickly indicates low air or non-corrosive gas pressures–either positive, negative (vacuum) or differential. The design resists shock, vibration and over-pressures. No manometer fluid to evaporate, freeze or cause toxic or leveling problems. It’s inexpensive, too.
The Magnehelic gage is the industry standard to measure fan and blower pressures, filter resistance, air velocity, furnace draft, pressure drop across orifice plates, liquid levels with bubbler systems and pressures in fluid amplifier or fluidic systems. It also checks gas-air ratio controls and automatic valves, and monitors blood and respiratory pressures in medical care equipment.
