Series DPT DPT1-R8 Range Differential Pressure Transmitter Series DPT Selectable Range Differential Pressure Transmitter The Series DPT Multi-Range Differential Pressure Transmitter was designed specifically for the building automation and HVAC industry. With field selectable ranges down to 0.1 inches w.c., this product is ideal for monitoring building pressure, static pressure, differential pressure, or air velocity and flow. The Series DPT Differential Pressure Transmitter also has jumper selectable outputs for 4-20 mA or 0-10 V and unit selection giving additional flexibility. For a virtually maintenance free transmitter, order the optional automatic zero and the transmitter will perform its own zero point maintenance. The Multi-Range Differential Pressure Transmitter also has an optional backlit LCD for giving local indication.

The Series DX is a Differential Pressure Switch that makes a contact output based on the differential between two pressure sources. Wetted Materials of Brass and Fluoroelastomer are suitable for use with most Gases and Water-based solutions. Standard is a Weatherproof, UL type 4X, an enclosure for dust-laden, outdoor, or wash-down installation environments. Series DX incorporates an externally adjustable set point, integral mounting flange and a removable electrical terminal block for quick and easy installation. The DX uses opposing diaphragms to sense the high and low pressure with a pivot mechanism that transfers the difference of the two pressures to the SPDT Switch.

For example initiating Water Filter backwash as the filter becomes clogged on increasing Differential Pressure.Proof of flow indicator monitoring differential pressure from a sensing device. It provides either 4, 6, 10, 22 or 32 channels. The DCT600 was designed for ease of installation in your dust collector system. For installations requiring fewer channels than available on the board, a shorting plug (DCT604 & DCT610) or dip switches (DCT622 & DCT632) allows selection of the last used channel. Time-on and time-off settings are selected using two potentiometers. High-limit and low-limit control inputs are provided for use with on-demand systems. Units can also work in continuous clean mode. The new enhanced board circuitry of the DCT600 synchronizes the on-time pulse to the power line to achieve a pulse stability of ±1 msec. These Pumps Are Ideal for use With Electronic Calibrators, Digital Indicators, Analog Gauges, Pressure Transmitters, Transducers, Relief Valves, or similar instrumentation. The rugged and reliable design of these pumps and the fine adjustment controls added to their design provides a low cost way to verify the performance of pressure instrumentation. Pumps can be purchased independently, or in a kit including carrying case, NPT adapters, seals and hoses. The SHTP1 hydraulic pump is currently the only hand pump capable of generating pressure up to 15,000 psi, utilizing hydraulic oil, Skydrol or distilled water. The pump includes a unique high pressure or priming selector on the scissor action pump mechanism, making pressure generation above 5,000 psi easier. The STP1 pneumatic pump generates pressure to 600 psi and vacuum to 28”Hg on the same unit. Made with no plastic parts these pumps are designed to endure harsh environments unlike our competitor’s disposable models. The SLTP1 pneumatic pump also acts as a dual source of pressure and vacuum over smaller ranges making very fine adjustments easier. The SLTP1 range is 25”Hg vacuum to 30 psi, with 0.00145 psi sensitivity.

The TP1-40 is supplied in a light, high quality carrying case, with adaptors, a set of washers, seals and provision for additional instruments.
The TP1- 40 Pressure Test System has been introduced to complement an already extensive range of pressure calibration products and can be used for calibration checks on pressuretransmitters, pressure switches, indicators, recorders and controllers. Calibration checks can be carried out simply by temporarily shutting off line pressure, selecting the digital indicator or test gauge required and connecting the instrument via the flexible hose and swivel adaptor to the pressure measuring instrument to be checked. The range of adaptors enables connection to most gauge threads. TP1- 40 can be used as a portable Pressure Comparator in conjunction with various pressure indicating devices. Using Dwyer”s simple, frictionless Magnehelic gage movement, it quickly indicates low air or non-corrosive gas pressures–either positive, negative (vacuum) or differential. The design resists shock, vibration and over-pressures. No manometer fluid to evaporate, freeze or cause toxic or leveling problems. It”s inexpensive, too. Calibrated range spring is flat spring steel. Small amplitude of motion assures consistency and long life. It reacts to pressure on diaphragm. Live length adjustable for calibration.
Silicone rubber diaphragm with integrally molded O-ring is supported by front and rear plates. It is locked and sealed in position with a sealing plate and retaining ring. Diaphragm motion is restricted to prevent damage due to overpressures.
Die cast aluminum case is precision made and iridite-dipped to withstand 168 hour salt spray corrosion test.
Exterior finished in baked dark gray hammerloid. One case size is used for all standard pressure options, and for both surface and flush mounting.
Overpressure Protection:
Blowout plug is comprised of a rubber plug on the rear which functions as a relief valve by unseating and venting the gage interior when over pressure reaches approximately 25 PSIg (1.7 bar). To provide a free path for pressure relief, there are four spacer pads which maintain 0.023″ clearance when gage is surface mounted. Do not obstruct the gap created by these pads. The blowout plug is not used on models above 180″ of water pressure, medium or high pressure models, or on gages which require an elastomer other than silicone for the diaphragm. The blowout plug should not be used as a system overpressure control. High supply pressures may still cause the gage to fail due to over pressurization, resulting in property damage or serious injury. Good engineering practices should be utilized to prevent your system from exceeding the ratings or any component.

Connect the Calibration Pump to both the Manometer (or other Pressure Standard of your choice) and the device to be calibrated, by means of atee connector as shown in Figure A. Low pressure tubing is provided. Tomaintain pressure integrity, the use of Teflon® tape to seal the pipethreads is recommended. Referring to Figure B, close the vent valve .Holding the pump body in one hand and grasping the pump tee handle in the other hand, gently pump until the desired pressure is obtained.Fine adjustment of the pressure can be achieved by turning the vernierknob clockwise to increase pressure and counter-clockwise Todecrease Pressure. If the desired calibration pressure is less than a fewinches of water column, use only the vernier knob to achieve thedesired calibration pressure.
