The Series DPT Multi-Range Differential Pressure Transmitter was designed specifically for the building automation and HVAC industry. With field selectable ranges down to 0.1 inches w.c., this product is ideal for monitoring building pressure, static pressure, differential pressure, or air velocity and flow. The Series DPT Differential Pressure Transmitter also has jumper selectable outputs for 4-20 mA or 0-10 V and unit selection giving additional flexibility. For a virtually maintenance free transmitter, order the optional automatic zero and the transmitter will perform its own zero point maintenance. The Multi-Range Differential Pressure Transmitter also has an optional backlit LCD for giving local indication.

A high-quality hot film sensor element based on cutting- edge thin film technology ensures maximum sensitivity, even at lowest mass flows. At the same time, the innovative probe design produces reliable measuring results at high flow velocities of up to 40m/s (8000fVmin). The integrated Temperature compensation minimizes the Temperature cross-sensitivity of the EE75 Series which, combined with the robust mechanical design, allows it to be used at process Temperatures between -40 to 120°C(-40 to 248°F).

Other Details:

  • In addition to Air Velocity and Temperature values, the Transmitter calculates the volumetric flow rate in m3/h or ft3/min. The cross section of the duct needs to be determined for this purpose and the volumetric flow rate can be displayed and directed to one of the analogue outputs. The EE75 Series can be used to measure the velocity of other gases as well, although a correction has to be applied to the unit at the factory.

CDT-300 Aerosense Carbon Dioxide Transmitter Series CDT-300, Carbon Dioxide Transmitter accurately monitors the CO2 concentration in indoor environments to help achieve energy savings. For increased sensor accuracy, a single beam dual wavelength non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor is used to automatically correct the measurements. Measurement range upto 70000 ppm selectable by jumper. It gives analog and RS-485 MODBUS output and supports various functions like recalibration function.

  • Die cast aluminum case is precision made and iridite-dipped to withstand 168 hour salt spray corrosion test.
  • Exterior finished in baked dark gray hammerloid. One case size is used for all standard pressure options, and for both surface and flush mounting.
 

Overpressure Protection:
Blowout plug is comprised of a rubber plug on the rear which functions as a relief valve by unseating and venting the gage interior when over pressure reaches approximately 25 PSIg (1.7 bar). To provide a free path for pressure relief, there are four spacer pads which maintain 0.023″ clearance when gage is surface mounted. Do not obstruct the gap created by these pads. The blowout plug is not used on models above 180″ of water pressure, medium or high pressure models, or on gages which require an elastomer other than silicone for the diaphragm. The blowout plug should not be used as a system overpressure control. High supply pressures may still cause the gage to fail due to over pressurization, resulting in property damage or serious injury. Good engineering practices should be utilized to prevent your system from exceeding the ratings or any component. O-ring seal for cover assures pressure integrity of case. Samarium Cobalt magnet mounted at one end of range spring rotates helix without mechanical linkages.

The Series TDFS2 Thermal Dispersion Flow Switch is a thermal flow switch that indicates whether the flow rate is above or below a user set flow rate. The unit incorporates two LED status indicators providing visual switch indication. The set flow rate (setpoint) is field adjustable and the unit has both NO and NC NPN outputs.
